Leroya Ryan is a systems architect, analytical strategist, speaker, and founder whose work centers on one thing: understanding what is actually driving an outcome. She does not stop at what is visible on the surface. She examines the behaviors, decision points, structures, environmental influences, and patterns underneath the result—and identifies what has to change to produce a different one.

 

That ability has shaped every area of her work. Leroya built Becoming You Mentoring from the ground up into a court-connected diversion program operating within Lebanon County’s justice system and expanded Leroya Ryan LLC into government-contracted reentry work. What began as her ability to understand people, behavior, and decision-making developed into something broader: an ability to see the system surrounding the person, program, organization, or problem—and identify where the outcome is actually being created.

 

Through Leroya Ryan LLC, she brings that thinking into speaking, life coaching, mentoring, and organizational consulting. Whether she is working with one person, addressing a room, building a program, or analyzing an organization, Leroya’s work is not built around generic motivation or surface-level recommendations. She gets underneath the outcome, identifies what is producing it, and creates a deliberate path toward something better.
